Contemporary Energy Solutions

CES welcomes two new members

Please give a warm welcome to the two newest members of our Contemporary Energy Solutions (CES) team. Ian Firestone joined as Sales Engineer and Alyssa Clarke as Marketing & Operations Coordinator.

Ian brings a depth of technical experience to CES. He is an expert in lighting technology, lighting control systems, and photometrics. Prior to joining CES, Ian developed large-scale multi-site energy efficiency programs, managed national customer accounts, and oversaw project management teams throughout turnkey implementation for Groom Energy Solutions (now Dalkia Energy). Well-versed in the lighting industry, Ian joined CES this past month as a Sales Engineer. He is a part of a team that compiles quality lighting audits and site surveys, as well as detailed proposals for clients seeking energy efficient lighting solutions. When Ian is not working, he loves to travel, and hopes to one day see the amazing and beautiful Northern Lights.

Alyssa joins CES with more than 10 years of successful event planning, communication development, administrative support, and fundraising experience. While attending college, she held several healthcare marketing internships. After graduation, Alyssa accepted a position in the manufacturing industry working at P&H Mining Equipment (now Komatsu). She returned to healthcare and most recently, served as a fundraising professional for the Hospital Sisters Health System. With her skillset, experience, creativity, and warmth, Alyssa brings a fresh perspective to her role as the Marketing & Operations Coordinator at CES. During her free time, Alyssa loves finding fun things to with her husband and their two children.

“We are thrilled to welcome both Ian and Alyssa,” shared Brad Butler, Sales Engineering Manager. “As we continue to grow, I am confident that their diverse experiences will make us stronger.”
