Welcome Corey, Our New Senior Project Manager
Contemporary Energy Solutions, a turnkey LED lighting solutions provider, is proud to welcome Corey Smith as a Senior Project Manager.
Smith most recently worked at an IoT deployment company as a program manager and operations leader. It was there he managed a team that serviced the retail banking and grocery industry, commissioning, and retro-commissioning 800+ locations. Prior to that, Smith spent 8+ years at a national leading ESCO and oversaw several facets of their business operations including project coordination, engineering, management, and sales.
With a decade of experience, Smith will utilize his knowledge and management skills to further CES’s services nationally.
Tony Vlastelica, Founder & Principal, is excited to welcome Corey into the CES family.
“Corey has stellar experience across all facets of energy efficiency, lighting and IoT controls projects/programs,” said Vlastelica. “We can’t wait to see the great things he will accomplish as a member of our A+ team.”
In his spare time, Smith is passionate about his many hobbies and interests. Being a collectible enthusiast from a young age, Smith shared, “There is no better feeling than opening a fresh pack of football cards.” His mom once found a backpack full of pop tart wrappers he refused to get rid of because he thought they would be worth money someday. Smith is a devout Denver Broncos fan, paying to attend a 43-8 during the Super Bowl 48 loss with his dad. And, he resides in Nashville, TN with his girlfriend of 2+ years; he enjoys nights of making Italian or Mexican Food and watching the newest science fiction film.
